The Beach! My kids have finally seen the ocean!

We have been blessed with an opportunity to spend a week an a half at a beach house in Folley Beach, South Carolina with my dad and step-mom. We’ve only been here two days but it’s been a great start.

As I sit on the front porch of the beach house, watching the waves come in, I marvel at how the ocean knows it is high tide and when it’s low tide. How does it know that? Yes, I know the moon is involved so I’m not referring to the scientific explanation. The entire high/low tide cycle and how/why it works speaks to a Creator! I don’t believe the oceans bumbled around for millions of years trying to figure out how to do what they are supposed to do until they evolved into the bodies of water they are now.
